After more than forty years of dedicated service, compassion, and commitment to the Bartow community, we honor and celebrate the career of Dr. Billy Brown as he enters a well-earned retirement.
Dr. Brown has always believed dentistry is about more than teeth – it’s about people. For decades, patients walked through our doors knowing they’d be treated with kindness, honesty, and respect. He has built lasting relationships, earned deep trust, and created a practice where generations of families felt genuinely cared for.
Beyond his clinical skill, Dr. Brown brought a steady presence, a calm demeanor, and a true sense of dedication to everything he did. His commitment to his patients, his colleagues, and this community has shaped who we are today, and his influence will remain part of this practice for years to come.
As Dr. Brown steps into retirement, he’s looking forward to enjoying life at a slower pace – spending time outdoors, getting away to Homosassa, and yes, continuing to enjoy his favorite restaurant…Ruby Tuesday’s.

Dr. Jesspreet Parmar was born and raised in Southwest Florida. He attended to the University of Florida where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Cell Science.
He continued his studies at UF and graduated cum laude with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree in 2015. After graduation, Dr. Parmar was accepted into a three year specialty program in Prosthodontics at The University of Illinois at Chicago. Through his training, he has expanded his knowledge in complex total restorative rehabilitation, implant placement and trained to achieve the highest levels of aesthetics and patient care.
Dr. Parmar is excited to return to his home state. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He also enjoys skeet shooting, playing video games, and traveling.
